After the End

Experience sequence

Visitors are invited to write a thought on a paper lantern and place it on water. Recycled bottles, variable water levels and light form an environment around this gesture. Sketches and successive physical models explore the atmosphere and spatial arrangement.

Design reflection

The documented output is a spatial concept and model process. Its relevance to interaction design lies in the sequence of actions and the role of materials in participation. The work does not establish a therapeutic outcome; participant choice and comfort would be important questions for further evaluation.
