Beyond the screen
How can touch, light, scent and material become understandable forms of feedback? I am interested in sensory interaction that gives people room to interpret and respond.
I'm Jinyi, a designer and artist moving from sculpture and spatial practice into interaction design. I explore how material, technology and sensory experience shape the way we feel and connect.

How can an experience support expression while leaving participation, disclosure and withdrawal in the hands of its audience?
How might digital experiences communicate cultural objects without losing their physical qualities, stories and context?
My practice began with making things by hand. It now connects material exploration, spatial thinking and an interest in how people experience technology.
A background in sculpture and public art taught me to think through materials, models and the body. Work in rehabilitation support, design assistance and exhibition coordination has also shaped my interest in participation, communication and care. I am developing this foundation toward interaction design and HCI research.
